To get the full advantage of our service, we combine our services
Personalized Training plus Unconventional Life Coaching. All our clients who
sign up for Personalized Training will also receive Unconventional Life Coaching
as a part of the package and vice versa.
The training and coaching session(s) are conducted face to face. For your
convenience, training can be at your place, our place or at any public park.

Personalized Training
We value our clients, therefore you will be introduced and trained with our new
Sky Without Limit methods.
Power of 3s
Power of 3s is a proven and practical method that teaches you how to utilize
three
1. Nutrition. We encourage our clients to consume 3 kinds of nutrition
properly (1. Protein 2. Carbohydrate 3. Fat)
2. Measurement. Before starting our program we will measure our
clients and always monitor them in the process. The measuring will involve in 3 main things; 1. Heart Rate 2. Fat and muscle 3. Body (proportion as a whole body)
3. Training. Our clients will be trained properly and accordingly to their goal. We will balance their goal with the 3 fields of training; 1. Cardiovascular 2. Resistance/endurance 3. Flexibility.
Tae Kung
With more than 20 years experience in martial arts and knowledge as a personal trainer, we created a method that we call Tae Kung. This Method will help our clients to be stronger, more flexible and endurance. At the same time you will be able to defense yourself.
Tae Kung is a work out method that based on the combination of Korean Martial Arts, Tae Kwon Do and Chinese Martial Arts, Kung Fu.
Philosophy Running
Running, for many people is just running with ipod that plugs on their ears. We created a new method of running which will not only help our clients to increase the function of their cardio, to reduce their fat, avoid injury and to get healthier, but also it will help our clients to be more focus, creative, and happy.
Over all, with our one or the combination of our methods will help our clients reach their goals in:

Unconventional Life Coaching
As our client, you will be challenged to do and to be the best. “We will tell you what you don’t want to hear, we will show you what you don’t want to see, and we will ask you to do what you don’t want to do”.
Therefore, we are not coaching you conventionally, but we will challenge you to challenge your self to do and to be the best.

Some methods we use:
- Step on Fire, this method challenges you to set your goals.
- Create Your Own Rival is a method to challenge you to plan your future.
- Forget the American Dream and Learn the Lessons of A Volcano are two methods that challenge you to realize your goals.
- Sky is not the Limit is the other method that will challenge you to maintain and enhance what you already achieved.

Fee
Save more that up to 65% (up to $17.50/session) if you sign
up as group of 5 with 12 sessions of personalized training and unconventional
coaching.
